Another thing you should consider is a scheduled daily reboot of the router. Outside the peak 2 players online on pang.
Most routers already have an option in their settings for this.

If they have issues they may need to clear their DNS cache or perhaps reboot their router (if it acts as a forwarder). Perhaps even change DNS provider if this provider doesn't update their DNS fast enough.

Why don't you configure dyndns and use a hostname?
