Or simply do not allow 3 months refresh option for those living outside towns. But definitely I think also those shouldn't have to pay taxes since it makes no RP sense.

I would say yes if you make it so that it wont affect much the damage/protection of items. I think it is okay that you require more fixing and new items but it is not okay that the damage/protection inflicted/absorbed is reduced the rate it is.

Since I failed recently a macrocheck I guess I know exactly what is your problem. You failed macroceck and the server gave you the gump stating you did. The gump doesn't tell you which but it tells you about the failure. Now it happens that GMs need to apply the punishment. So until some come in and...

You cannot write because you have there the log out gump. You need to cancel the log out and then write in the numbers.
