Important notice to heightened carpenters, tinkers and bowyers

First off: We grant you the skills left for you to reenter heighten. For instance, if you are a heightened tinker and you have 65 mining....we raise that to 85 so you are heightened still.

Second: If you are heightened and want to change one (or more) skills to another skill, we DO give the heightened skill from the old skill into the new skill. For instance: Heightened tinker has 86 carpentry (1% heightened skill) and he wants to change his carpentry to mining, we dont give him 85 mining, but 86 mining.

I want each heightened bowyer/tinker/carpenter to contact me over ICQ/PM with his heightened skills and informing me what skill they want to see changed (from -> to)

I have updated this on the wiki/web page, and added the class guildmaster commands aswell for good measure.

Yes, this seems more reasonable. Good job GMs!

85 skills gain at 100 rate.
100 skills gain at 120 rate.

Should be same hard as GM'ing mining, but ofcourse there are more options which makes it a tad lighter.

Yeah but 85 carpentery or heightens in carpentery are easier to get than 85 mining and its heightens.

Edit: I'd loved to see the sight of tinkers deleting their chars because of mining being so annoying skill to train... instead now they just get a free ride.

That free ride comes only if you are heightened, so the vast majority of people will still have to build it. Not sure what your gripe is.
