The missing NPCs could be rehired by the staff team but they dont know what went missing. Could the mayors of the above towns report to Dante or Mox and grab them if they have time, or make a list here? :)

Do they all have to be hand-placed again? Aah, that's a bit of a chore! So, would a map of where the NPCs used to be (as far as memory serves) be useful?

Yes it's a chore and I have to do it. I hate you all!

But yes please :)

MINOC

Guildmasters:
(a) Treasure Hunter
(b) Blacksmith
(c) Tinker

(1) Stablemaster
(2) Animal Tamer
(3) Barkeep
(4) Butcher
(5) *
(6) Townworker (Beside the house, not inside)
(7) Florist
(8) Carpenter & Tinker
(9) Leatherworker
(10) Provisioner
(11) Red banker
(12) Armorer
(13) Weaponsmith
(14) Bard
(15) Apothecary
(16) 2 red healers

* I'm missing the vendor in that house. The specific vendor has above average intelligence, I remember that clearly since I tried him for a while finding a good target for my heighten training. By the clocks in the house, I would have said tinker, but tinker is rather bright instead. The tinker was in the carpenter house, that one was something different, perhaps a cobbler or a jeweler?

Couldn't you just run some old backup and check what vendors there were?

I asked. After discussion it is easier to get mayors to help.
