Turn V-Sync off in the settings and watch the FPS rise..

Theo has alienware laptop and tried playing elder scrolls with v-sync on, got like 20fps, turned it off, had ~100fps.

V-sync locks FPS to 60 automaticly, that must be quite old alienware since it cannot run elder scrolls with 60 fps while v-sync is active.

This problem shouldnt be about the settings of the game at all, you can run a tetris on potato if you turn the quality of graphics into shit. But the case was/is that the computer should've specs to run a game properly, but the correct graphics card aint active. Thus it cannot run it with proper settings.

And for all those who like to play league of legends with toasters and other home appliances, please stop they are not meant for playing games with. They will most certainly overheat and break.
