Heightened skill transfer between classes

but that already happens with normal classes. you keep the skills that both classes share, and none of the others.
with this suggestion, it would extend to heighten skills (and of course, skills that both classes share). if you'd go back to the 1st class, of course you wouldn't get your heighten skills back (should that skill be a skill that you never even had in your 2nd class in the first place)
