A new mid level all resist metal

This applies to people who actually have players that use metal ore armours: Do we need a mid level ore which is vamp bone equivalent?

I.e this means players entitled to wear metal ores actually have a mid level set of armour that is effective for most circumstances.

Currently we have:

White dragon -> Glacier -> Cloud hides
Vampire bone -> Giant bone
Auropian

Voted yes. But it should be fairly easy to get. And mineable definately, not as mob loot.

i suppose sooner or later you'll remove the effect from ghuronious so make this the new effect :P

I don't think we need an equivalent for everything. Ores not having a lower version is nothing but a weakness to me... and that's pretty much the only weakness ores have. Otherwise they beat hides and bones completely.

If one is implemented, we're talking of a +1 or +2 version. A +3 version would turn the whole system upside down.

What about making some Shalrius veins and making it a bit easier to come by?

I hear its great for PvE but I can't stand the adventure guild system and I'm skeptical if its worth what people pay.

I can see how a +3 ore might be too much but I'd like to see something more accessible for fighters who ain't rich.

If there is a bone equivalent I would say it should be a plus 2 at max like vampire is which will make it not useful really. As said I figured the appeal to bones/hides is more variety in them and choice compared to the AR and protection benefit of Ores.

I suggested this one on some other thread and im all in for it. +2 is sufficient then some can do ar in it so i can sell the suits for new guys and so on... Just to remove the problem of suiting up people with less than 60k without having them to wear vamp bones instead of plate or chainmail.

I voted yes, but afterall it's a no.

Anyone who uses metal, can use bone, and there is vampire for those.
If one(less money fella) wants a bit more protection to all resistances, will have to get rid of some AR and get a studded.

Having the decent AR and the 2/3 decent all resistances is too much.

If one is implemented, we're talking of a +1
This is doable tho.

Just turn royal into a lesser version of Auropian.

From what I remember that ore needs fixing anyway, so instead of fix give it a new use.
