Forums could be closed once week per month for example, or when more people are around.
Anyway stalls should be able anytime... with longer rental time! And I would like to see a reward to top salers!! (just an idea)

And someone could organize a show for that stage!! :P

We still need our merch forums but this was a great experiment and worth while trying again or keeping it in place. Longer renting periods would be a thought so that GM's don't have to run around trying to collect rent everyday when I'm sure they have much better things they could be doing.
Imo things should stay this way... if you got something for sell 2000 coins for a stall aint too much... just add that auctioneer as i have said few times and ppl can sell quickly indy cloths with bidding ability.

EDIT: actualy market is quite boring atm everyone got stuff for sale on stalls thats it... no one around :(
im opening a stall again soon :D and as i sell sets i wont be doing the
sell function, people wil just buy one piece when ive spent all the hard work making a set....

:D just have the materials there so you can make set on fly. Makes more sense in RP sense so you can size up the person so you know actually how big to make it. (making a set without the person is like giving vaux a size2 dress ;))

I dont know if its the market but I have remark an increase in the playerbase in my timezone since the market opened. Anyway its fun to see an average of 5 more players online on the american side.

I guess people are starting to come back  .
On the market issue, so far it's been great and should be repeated once a month, at least. It allows not only experienced people to buy what they need but also gives a chance for new players to acquire gear and equipment that aren't sold in vendors (eg. glass pitchers, some weapons, etc.).
I will rent a stall on the weekend. ;)

Edit:
Locking the forums is a good way of warning people it's market day/week.

:D Definitely a plus! It sucks when a shard has no North American playerbase..

I also think we should focus the market on just merchant made items, and leave the For Sale Misc on forums open.

I dont know about you guys saying there isnt many american players..

I play an American time zone and there is always 20+ people on and I play with 4/5 of them.

Maybe you should look around more?
