we will conduct a network maintenance in our webtropia.com network on Thursday, 28-03-2013 between 2am and 5am CET.
In this timeframe we will upgrade some backbone links and also change a router in our dedicated server branch. Enterprise servers and virtual servers will not be impacted by this maintenance.
Because of this maintenance there will a connectivity loss of your server.

Customers that have set a static MAC address for the default gateway of their servers should make sure that this configuration is disabled in the mentioned timeframe. This is to make sure their server is learning the new MAC address oft the default gateway. Customers without such a configuration do not need to do anything.

If applicable please also inform your customers about this maintenance. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and the short notice period.
