Download it and extract the file in to your UO folder.
Or run the new full Pangaea client with UOAM.

This will have large effect on Yew City and the area around there.
The Wind Entrance will be closed, for preparation of a new Dungeon.
The Hythloth Entrance will get Hythloth Dungeon back.
