[Ares]

- Indoctrination and excommunication now takes 90 piety to cast
- Scribes now have 40 lumberjacking and 65 carpentry & tinkering so they can make their own maps and scrolls. We've removed cooking and fishing from the class instead.
- A few minor bugfixes.

We have also implemented a delay (I believe 3 weeks) from when you leave a religion and when you can join a new one.

This time can be reduced by a GM provided there is a sufficient roleplay history, etc. (likewise with direct religion-to-religion conversions)
