I've added two temporary vendors to each of the following cities:
Yew, New Haven, Vesper, Minoc, Jhelom, Trinsic
They are invulnerable, frozen and named "Travelling Merchants" - these include a RED banker & a stable master
You can find them at each town stone for their respective city.
This is temporary as stated before as a short to aid whilst the town stone bugs are being fixed.
