2019-04-01 Minor Update

In game update:
- Spawn for Ethereal Ostards has been added to the world.
It was mentioned earlier over automap chat where I have been hanging out the last week or two that Ethereal Ostards may not be found in the world, so I figured even if they are, it does not hurt to add another spawn if one already exists and if one does not, then, great, they will now spawn in the world.
Happy hunting, not too difficult to find but maybe a little off the beaten track. I will note, they are on a different timer than just about every other spawn I have messed with which is not many since I do not do anything with spawns so, don't expect the cookie cutter default setting which most of the spawn runes I have encountered are set to.
