What should I do if the server crashes / goes offline?

Here is a prioritized list of what you should do if the server is unavailable:
1. Check your own internet connection.
2. Get a hold on a friend, and check if they are able to connect
3. Check the forum - Has a staff member confirmed they are aware of the problem ? - If yes, sit back and wait, if not - proceed to point 4.
