Why don't you take the law into your own hands and execute this person yourself? Thats what we did the first time he refused to aid us earlier on this evening.
The point i'm trying to make is the law is gone, do as you please in this world. Take what you want and kill who you want.
The real criminals and ones to blame for the slaughter of so many townsmen are the self proclaimed heroes such as yourself Akkarin and other pathetic guilds that say they will defend the town - we came looking for them tonight.
Only because they were too scared to show their faces did that bloodshead happen within the walls of Britain.
