Armageddon Glory's internal member analysis

Crin sits at the War table doing his members personality analysis.
The investigation was undertaken to explore correlations between team outcomes, personality measures and ability in an undergraduate members. Team outcomes included various self-, peer- and instructor ratings of skills, performance, and experience.

~Ashon~ Considered the one with best knowledge of Anatomy, Ashon is officially declared insane (possibly caused by post-traumatic stress disorder) the first time Armageddon Glory met him. It is sometimes unclear if Ashon is truly insane or only exceptionally good at pretending he is (or a combination of the two).
The symptoms of his "insanity" vary day by day but include self-identification with religious characters, hallucinations, and belief in the "intelligence" of inanimate objects, among others. He is the most childish of the Armageddon Glory.

~Osthato Chetowa~ Began as Malek's student in the art of sound, Oshtato is now World famous in the way he plays his instruments. From weekly concerts at the halls of Britain, to playing solo for Ladies attention, he is the Ladiesman of the group. Gallant and full of courtesy Oshtato plays people as if music generates from his mouth. When someone in the group needs something, they ask him for he will get it.
His studies after Malek led to the most incredible destructive force seen done by an instrument. For good or evil, his sound waves change tides.

~Demian~ Despite the guild's disaproval of his taste in clothing, Demian's poisoning and tracking skills cannot be ignored by anyone. Hardly anyone who is not wanted in what is considered the main land, can stay for long without being found by Demian somehow. He is the scout that takes his job seriously. Polite and not very interested in attention, Demian often makes the older people in the guild look bad with his young vitality.
"Sir, yes sir" is the words you hear after giving him a hard task to follow.

~Arthur Nox~ The youngest and most promising warrior of the Armageddons. Arthur's lack of experience is compensated by his dedication. Daily training pushing his body to the limit, makes it a matter of time for him to become really famous, really quick. He's confident in his team and easily opens up to teamwork. Has a curious habbit of angrying his nightmares to make them faster and more terrifying.

~Sama'el~ Understanding but bearing a short patience, Sama'el unleashes a lot of rage on his enemies. No one wants to be against a guy like that, and that's a very good characteristic to have in a war forged guild. Sama'el performs his job with accuracy and rarely misses a spell. His perfect aim can strike down many foes from the shadows before anyone realizes what's happening. He is the one usually in high ground for his great vision at night as well as his excelent supportive skills.

~Elene Woes~ The only woman ever allowed to be in Armageddon Glory kinda sums it all. When not fighting, Elene blends in with other women as if she hadn't ever been to war. Worries about her looks, constantly changes outfit and so on. Considered the strongest and faster Mage in all of Britannia, Elene's fame makes many men tremble in despair. While at the same time, contant problems arrive to the Guild because of men going too far in their obsession with her. Constantly being invited to join other guilds, Elene remains faithfull for many years.

~Cidal Banner~ New to the Guild and recognized by his skill in taking down strong monsters. Cidal's tenacity in the woods made him destined to join Armageddon. Learning from Gwydion himself, Cidal's already existing skills in targetting creatures are leaning to enemies. His new job in Armageddon is bringing very good results to the Guild's record.

~Malek Goodheart~ Kind and friendly to people, customers and even enemies, Malek is by far the most loved of us all. Thanks to him, Crin invented the silence rule, based on how well they performed in battle without the need of words. Malek's destructive power is incredible, it comes from the many years he spent studying how things grow and evolve. Malek always had a taste for Nature and how things came to be. With so many years of such, he's knows best where it hurts the most, where it causes the most havoc.
Malek handles all diplomatic issues for the Guild.

~Crin~ The brain at the field. When there's a though situation, he's the one who presents a quick solution. He makes the complicated simple and sees the best in people. Arrogant and marked by a thousand scars, never seen smile. His enemies, despiste what they demonstrate, all of them have looked up to Crin at some point. And probably all good fighters out there, have had teachings coming from Crin. Today's Crin difficulty in letting new members join, comes from betrayals of the past. People who he taught and used skills against Armageddon. Loyalty as he is to his own, is what matters the most for him.

~Uric Trin~ Started in the very beginning of Armageddon Glory. Having a past where the Guild had to learn the hard way, his body is also marked by many scars. His mind marked by many losses at war. Uric's kill count goes up the roof. He is nothing less than Armageddon Glory's finisher. The guy that's at the right place at the right time. Uric's capability of being where he should when the next order arrives has no equal. Always took a position of leadership in the Guild created by himself in front of other members. It wasn't given, it was earned.

After writing and spreading the different scrolls of each member in the War table, Crin ponders about the new applications.
"Now... how will I put this Druid in the middle of two necromancers?"
"And these two despite not having much time around, they are doing good in the small missions. I should place some pressure though. Maybe if I..."

And there Crin carries on working for the whole night...
